Fruit Loop Cupcakes

Here's a really easy one! I just wanted to keep it simple and tasty!

You'll need:
_{1 box of "Funfetti" cake mix
4 Eggs
1/3 c Vegetable Oil
1 and 1/4 cup of water
2 tsp Lemon extract
1 orange
1 container of Vanilla icing
1 cup + some Fruit loops}


Directions:
Prepare Cake mix as directed, mixing in the vegetable oil, water, and Egg whites (or you can substitute 4 egg whites with 3 whole eggs, and 1/4c less water) but to the batter, add the 2 tsp of lemon extract, and the zest of half the orange.

This gives the batter a fresh fruity kick to it!

Put in cupcake tins and bake for 18-22 minutes on 350 degrees, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean.

To decorate:

Lightly frost the cupcakes with vanilla icing and roll the edges in crushed up fruit loops. Garnish with three whole fruit loops, and BAM! you got a cute colorful fruity cupcake :]

Makes about 18 cupcakes (1 and a half dozen)
